All apparel and products offered in our store are custom-manufactured and printed individually to order at the time of purchase. Because of this specialized process:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.

• In the event that a base product variation (size, color, or style) becomes unavailable or backordered at our fulfillment facility, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund, or contact you to offer an alternative item.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

SECTION 4 - STRICT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because every item is uniquely custom-printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns, customer remorse returns, or size exchanges. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review our size guides before finalizing their purchase.

• Exceptions for Manufacturing & Printing Errors: We take great pride in our quality. If your product arrives physically damaged, defective, or with a clear, visible printing error, please contact us at bonsensmerch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Verified printing errors or shipping damages will be resolved with a complimentary replacement order shipped directly to you.
