SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for practicing intentional shopping. Because every single piece in our collection is custom-made and printed specifically for you upon order, our shipping timeline is split into two phases: fulfillment and transit. This mindful process eliminates clothing waste and ensures your item is crafted with individual care.
1. ESTIMATED TIMELINES
Please calculate your estimated delivery date by adding Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time:

Fulfillment Time (All Orders): It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your custom apparel before it leaves the facility.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Once shipped, transit within the United States generally takes 3 to 6 business days via standard carriers (such as USPS or DHL eCommerce).

International Shipping: Once shipped, international transit typically takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on your global location and regional postal processing speeds.
Please note: Total estimated delivery from the moment you click "Buy" is approximately 5 to 11 business days for US orders and 1 to 4 weeks for international orders.
2. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Because our fulfillment system is fully automated to send orders immediately to production, the buyer is solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Insufficient Address: If a package is returned to our fulfillment warehouse because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to a corrected address.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or customs office and are returned to our facility will require a new shipping fee to be sent out a second time.
3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & FEES
For our international community, please be aware of regional customs policies:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once a shipment reaches your country.

These additional fees are determined entirely by your local government customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
All shipments include a secure tracking link sent straight to your email the moment your item leaves the printing facility.

If your tracking link shows your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local postal carrier route driver before contacting us.

If a package is lost in transit by the carrier (meaning the tracking status completely stalls and never updates to "Delivered"), please notify us at bonsensmerch@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
5. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your custom order is printed and packed, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey every step of the way.
